      - Structured way for climbing the ladder - International projects, therefore English is the main language - Well-organized internal systems - Flexible working hours

      Cons

      - Sometimes you have to spend time without being assigned to a project (although this is a good opportunity for self-improvement)

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
