      good learning opportunities for early tech talent eg client projects, training cool company story over first 25 years

      Cons

      operations are a mess, maybe not scalable much longer for company's continued growth compensation usually below market attrition problem harsh culture difficult to focus on client delivery with distractions from operational noise, internal services often difficult to navigate career opportunity for operational or functional teams limited burnout common due to frustration in addition to workload

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
