Pros

No pros to add, only lack of professionalism

Cons

I went with a EPAM through a long interview of 2 months and a half, 7 steps of interview and 7 hours in total spent on the whole process. During all this process it was slow and cumbersome, when finally I signed the offer while getting ready to sign the contract I find out that there was an additional step as a essential condition, to pay almost 1200 euro for assurance , as B2B contract, which I found it absolutely a rip off they did not mention the cost nor said precisely what the assurance is about. My experience with them - I've lost my job and I've invested useless time in the interviewing process; Avoid this company, they lack empathy, they lack respect, professionalism. they just do the damage and leave, without thinking and caring about the candidate. The worst company and people I've ever met!

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
