      Pros

      I loved working in EPAM. Truly a world class company. I rate EPAM ahead of other Consulting or Service based firms such as Cognizant and Accenture where I worked earlier. Focus is on engineering excellence. And I was impressed with the employee hospitality. Would be keen join back EPAM Bangalore opportunities, either in Agile Coach or Delivery Manager or leadership roles.

      Salary and grade offered could have been better considering my overall skills, competency and experience

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
