      Pros

      - Well structured career path, you know from the start how you can grow in the company and there is a clear path you can take. - The work environment is great, also you have the opportunity to find very talented people willing to help you. - Good benefits. - Result driven culture. I have enjoy the time I were here at EPAM and I definitely recommend the company.

      Cons

      I guess the company is growing very fast, but so far I have no encounter something worth to mention as a con.

      Pros

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
