      • EPAM is a technology and Engineering Focused Organization. • Lot of opportunities for learning and enhancing individual skills. • Growth is planned by the individual. Any employee can nominate themselves for promotion. • Transparent feedback mechanism. • Good Employee Engagement programs, Hobby Programs like photograpy,training on foreign languages, acting etc. • Opportunity to participate and contribute in Social activities through CSR programs. • Good and Comprehensive insurance policy

      • Facilities like parking • Below par compensation for Business travels. Per diem remained unchanged since years.

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
