      - very good client base - company focus in learning and growing together as an individual as well as company persective - work life balance(come early and leave early) - focus on quality rather than quantity - Helping teammates as well as management. - has its own learning portal and provide platform for training on latest technologies - resources in EPAM are well equipped with latest technologies

      Cons

      - keep performing and learning otherwise growth and other opportunity will stagnant. - less onsite opportunities

As rightly said, EPAM believes in continuous learning and provides multiple avenues like EPAM University, Learn, Communities, Focussed Group Learning, Mentoring, Solution Architect and Delivery Management schools etc. Provide oppurtunities to increase the scope of responsibilities by clearly laid down Global competency framework.

      Pros

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
