      Overall good community, some internal training possibility, great minds to learn from, cafeteria and other benefits. Possibility to change project inside company.

      Cons

      Everyday mood and general picture depends heavily on the project you work on. Long review process to promotion, sometimes below the average salary. You are measured as part of team but individual contribution doesnt matter to management.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
