Pros

1) Relocation to different countries. You can relocate to one country, stay for a while, then relocate to another and so on. 2) Internal processes of development and carrier ladder are well-defined and clear to everybody. You can change your area of responsibilities in case you feel you're doing smth that you're not supposed to do.

Cons

1) If you are unlucky you easily can end up doing nothing and sitting on bench for year and even more 2) EPAM is "body-shop" in essence. Again if you're unlucky you will be participating in vague projects with huge amount of developers just because customer is ready to pay for them. Your personal contribution in this case will be unclear.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
