      Wide tech stack so there is a chance to try different technologies and tools

      Cons

      - Incompetent management, there are 2+ managers for every technical engineer. - No work-life balance at all. - Salaries far below the market without any raises. - Toxic environment, but it depends on the project you are assigned to.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
