      The co-workers are friendly, but most refuse to assimilate into American culture.

      Cons

      This is a communist company run by communists. It's shut up and do your job. It's equal pay for equal work regardless of experience and merits. They have no understanding or concern about capitalism and how Americans think.

      A flexible work environment and a generous compensation if/when you prove your commitment to the company. Coworkers are friendly.

      Pros

      Fair pay with pretty good employee benefits package. The hours are also very good and makes balancing personal life and work pretty easy.

      Cons

      Communication is poor at best, there isn't much transparency at any level. At times the job can leave you asking why am I here? What am I accomplishing? Where am I going?
