Only good thing is HQ location downtown.

Bad management, too much politics, 100% on site for everybody.

The job itself is interesting and one learns a lot about the industry and market.

Working at EPC could have been an enjoyable experience. Nevertheless, the behaviour and attitude of some people in top management created a toxic environment. This is the main reason why I left the company. The salary is not adequate for the level of responsibility required. Joining EPC could be interesting from experienced long-term traders or interns; for other workers, less so.
