It’s ok - QIDP/Case Manager EP!C Employee Review

Working at EP!C has been a rewarding experience. The organization truly prioritizes its mission to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There’s a real sense of purpose in helping people grow, develop new skills, and live more independent lives. The work is meaningful, and it's clear that the staff are passionate about making a difference. It’s incredibly fulfilling to form connections with the people you serve and see them reach their potential. The team at EP!C is generally supportive, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie among coworkers. It feels like a tight-knit group all working toward a common goal.

Compensation is very low for the level of responsibility and emotional labor the job requires. Raises are minimal, if they happen at all, and don’t reflect the work put in or the cost of living. Professionalism can be lacking, and favoritism is rampant. If you’re not part of their inner circle, it’s hard to be heard or taken seriously. It can also be discouraging to see good employees leave while underperformers stay.
