I liked how EOS tried to take a different approach than the big 4 for valuations and BD - in this respect, they have a slight differentiator in the market.
Cons
With ~60 years of service to KPMG between the team, it's sometimes impossible to differentiate the shared cultural DNA of the firm. This also contributes to a degree of nepotism, but if deemed a good fit, you could be rewarded. Because they hire from the same places - whilst on paper the team looks diverse, there's no real diversification of thought which makes you question what the USP is vs. Deloitte or EY. If you're thinking of joining to avoid the KPMG mentality, this might not be for you.
