The people in my department are great. They have flexible-ish work hours (starting between 6 and 9 and ending at a corresponding time). There may be work in the field depending on department. 401(k) match up to 3% and then a 50% match up to 5% (you put in 5% and they will match 4%). Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 a year. All Bs or higher fully reimbursed, all Cs or higher reimbursed 75%
Cons
Long onboarding process that takes weeks before you actually start working. Hours of videos about the company’s history, safety procedures, future visions, description of various departments, etc. This could be condensed to probably a week at most
