Pros
Company objectives are well based, employee support for retirement and future investment is strong and helpful. Theoretical concept of employee control and input good and well structured.
Cons
Follow through on employee support and advancement, none. Main managing partners removed from daily aspect of company. Thus causing failure and missed improvement possibilities. Parent company control was remote and non helpful for advancement of each individual company and more in line with singular growth at cost of individuals.
