Remote, big emphasis on self improvement
Cons
No work-life balance. Constant changes, Sketchy policies. The CEO is very scattered hence why he's had multiple failed business ventures (including this one). I joined when it was a startup and within 2 years the company went from almost 200 employees to less than 20.
