      company will pay your medical insurance while you sit at home

      the list of cons are endless, no pto,no sick days ,no respect if you don't take an undervalued salary, you might as well be a 1099 employee working for 1/3 your valued wage. a soon as we were absorbed by Entact there was no longer a point of staying around. they gutted every benefit previously had and wait for everyone to walk out the door.

      Higher Per Diem than most

      Management is a joke they want you to boot lick and do everything they ask or you are belittled. One job your the hero the next your zero. They always jip you on de mobilization you are rushed through lunch they already been sued. slave driving narcissist. They dont care about you at all and will have you working crazy hours or barely any you also have to threaten to quit to get a raise. Work for there competition these guys went down hill.
