Having worked for other construction/field work companies, it's great to see ENTACT truly commit to the notion of safety first. They are thorough and have a great record to show for it. I appreciate the dedication of upper leadership to making sure voices are heard and concerns are addressed. I feel supported in my role both from my direct manager and upper management.

Higher Per Diem than most

Management is a joke they want you to boot lick and do everything they ask or you are belittled. One job your the hero the next your zero. They always jip you on de mobilization you are rushed through lunch they already been sued. slave driving narcissist. They dont care about you at all and will have you working crazy hours or barely any you also have to threaten to quit to get a raise. Work for there competition these guys went down hill.
