      Pros

      The culture is great. Everyone is friendly and the environment is easy going. Work life balance is good. The company thrives in valuing its employees. Compensation is great throughout the entire organization.

      Cons

      The company structure is siloed. It is hard to learn about all divisions of the company. Most managers/ leaders have been promoted into leadership positions mainly due to tenure, organizational knowledge. Some managers are more so tactful than strategic.
