From the President Boris Nejikovsky Thank you for sharing your viewpoint. While I take all opinions seriously and am disappointed that you feel this way, it is hard to reconcile your opinion with the realities I see here at ENSCO. We take employee growth and diversity very seriously and make every effort to ensure hiring and growth opportunities are inclusive. Most of our executive leadership, including myself, started with ENSCO at more junior positions and advanced to our current roles. We have a number of women and minorities in significant positions of responsibility across the company. We were honored to have this recognized with the Top Diversity Employers Award this year. We have great educational benefits and many employees take advantage of these benefits to further their careers. We also have active leadership development programs that train our future company leaders and include almost 10% of company’s employees . We are proud that a significant percentage of ENSCO employees have been staying with us many years and have chosen to build their careers within the company. However, we recognize that there is always room for improvement and we strive to do better every year.
