      Hard to find any other than the paycheck

      Cons

      Have been in the industry over 25 years and have never been in such a toxic environment. Complete lack of accountability. We are not people to them just liabilities. Pure greed by management.

      Not many. Good people but new ownership has cut most of them

      Cons

      None. No 401k match. No real HR. Owner thinks she knows HR, she doesn’t. People are fired on a whim or for voicing an opinion that is contradictory to her. Very toxic place.
