Salary delays on a monthly basis. never sticks to one payment date manual submissions of claims and for payments Management doesnt do anything bout employees complains. no actions taken. poor benefits late payment of claims due to manual processing no increment. annual leave entitlement too little not all line managers are competent. they still have alot more to do
