      Pros

      The owner and CEO is knowledgeable, smart and kind. The atmosphere is freewheeling and largely uncontrolled.

      Cons

      The power is all at the top. Nothing happens without the owner's approval. Middle management is powerless and only exists to please the owner. Staff is kept in the dark and asked only to produce according to a quota.
