Work-life balance is a priority for us, and we’re proud that 93% of our employees feel their manager is flexible when handling personal or family matters, while 78% believe their role enables them to maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
We recognize the importance of career progression and competitive compensation. At ENGIE, we continuously improve our competitive compensation packages. Through the ENGIE CARE program, by the end of 2024, all employees will have: Health coverage with at least 75% reimbursement for hospitalization.
