Pros

Work is tedious but doable. I was always able to finish it and then some before the day was done.

Cons

They will screw you over to exploit cheaper labor the second they get the chance. They will also saddle you with worse programs than you had before to work and note accounts, for inexplicable reasons.

Thank you for sharing your review after more than 3 years with us in Houston. We are pleased to hear that you find the overall total compensation fair compared to industry standards. At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
