      ENGIE is absolutely a great place to work. Competitive benefits and several flexibilities in work schedule. There are plenty of opportunities to growth personally. The company is growing super fast in the US.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
