      Pros

      The company has lots of opportunities for advancement and work in energy and sustainability. There is also good managers in a lot departments.

      Cons

      Some disconnects between senior leaders and delivery teams. There is also a sense the company is behind a little bit on process improvements but it is getting better. Learning and development programs are also in the same boat.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
