      Ambition to renewable solutions for a variety of customers and stakeholders. Ambitious goals over the next 10 years to do our part in combating climate change.

      Cons

      Engie can do a better job at synergizing the groups under the organization which would in turn help increase process efficiency and thus productivity and collaboration amongst the teams.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
