      This business has lots of potential to be great.

      Cons

      Due to having no real L&D direction from having too many heads of department. The business struggles to give a clear direction of work. Too many chefs in the kitchen situation. They don't value their staff at all.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
