      Pros

      The people at ENGIE Impact are the best. Everyone I have worked with has been respectful and helpful and they all have fun. The company's purpose - Make Sustainability Happen. Today. makes you feel good about being a part of it; making a difference in the world. The benefits package is very good and comprehensive.

      Cons

      There is a lot of organizational change. It's sometimes hard to keep up with. Some jobs pay as well as they should.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
