Pros

Not much that one can think.

Cons

Forcing employees to use their vacation time citing employee's stress level. This make employees believing that management is about to have a layoff and does not want to pay out people's vacation accrual. This creates more unneeded stress for employees.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
