Pros

I like the mission. Until recently, the people were amazing. Now, with the overhiring for a new large client, it looks and sounds like a circus. Entry pay is decent.

Cons

Too much overtime, until they decided NO OVERTIME. Many employees relied on the overtime to pay bills, due to low wages. Cut overtime, and now many employees either quit, or are working two jobs. There is no loyalty to the veterans. In fact, I dare say veterans are endangered here. LOTS of favoritism. What once was an autonomous job is now supervised by a microscope and intolerant or controlling YOUNG team leads.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
