Pros
The Home Energy customer service department is a great place to work. The TLs and Management do everything they can to help you progress such as allowing time for shadowing other departments and there are always secondments onto other teams.
Cons
The systems are slow and can sometimes make the job difficult. The pay is a little on the low side compared to the regional average
