Pros

None to be trustfully honest

Cons

This company is discriminatory and bullyish. A truly bad company with poor culture, values, practices and ethics. There is no career progression and staff benefits are poor. Not a people company so please do not work for them or trade with them. Turnover is high and retention is poor for those from BME backgrounds. However I am surprised and shocked by some people good comments on Engie company reviews, definitely not true so please don’t believe them. Absolutely one of the most awful companies.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
