      Close to home short commute.

      Cons

      Can no longer count on the company. IT'S NOT DOING WELL. It's withholding pay raises and then not applying them retroactively to save money. It's withholding Long Term Bonuses for a month to save money. THIS COMPANY IS GOING DOWN.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
