      Issued company van. Got paid on time.management at times didn't have a clue what staff were doing

      Cons

      Health and safety issues overlooked by management. Never felt valued. No leadership or motivated by management, only got told of issues that had gone wrong but never praised. No planning always reactive work carried out never proactive. Management systems poor , ie no return work carried out in privatealways people in office when interview carried out. Bullying and condescending attitude displayed by line managers

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
