Pros

pay for wages are regularly on time every month. Some money savings schemes in place. Trainings are limited but happening sometimes.

Cons

businesses orientation is exclusively for profit, so top management have a good bonus. No motivation scheme in place. No payrise for 3 years. H&S only on the paper but no money to actually do it safely. Supplying chain very limitet and expensive.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
