Pros

It is a large good-natured company, the people make the job great. It seems like, although a lot of people of course don't want to go to work everyday (who does?) they are respectful and will help out with any problems that anyone has. The entire company seems to enjoy coming to work for the people. It is very hard to get fired also if you have been with the company a long time.

Cons

Human resources is terrible, which is probably why this company uses so many talent agencies.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
