In turn, making you feel more like a number to the them. - Some employees becoming disgruntled, lowering floor morale - Career Opportunities may be lacking if you don't have a degree or know somebody - They pushed a ton of OT hours during the holidays to "Catch Up" which in turn didn't create a good Work/Life balance although hat is something they preached. - New management is creating a different atmosphere which has gone away from "Family Friendly Oriented" to typical corporate once JEFF H left the company.
