9yThank you for your feedback about the shared pool of sick and vacation time. I apologize that we did a poor job of explaining the benefits of it, when you first came on board. The idea behind having a shared pool for sick and vacation days, is that you can use your days however you want ,without being restricted to X number for sick and Y number for vacation...ie, your hours, your choice. We're trying to provide you more flexibility, so if you're not prone to getting sick, you get more vacation days. Also, as you now know we give everyone a week of paid time off between Christmas and New Years. In addition to that, as you also know, when everyone is caught up and there's a good opportunity, we like to give everyone surprise days off or short days.
Yes, work can be stressful. It comes with the territory. Our customers and our agency partners expect a lot from us, and we're determined to always meet, and when possible, exceed their expectations. As you know, this job definitely requires a servant's heart.
