      Federal charter allows loan officers access to lending in all 50 states without MLO having to get individual MLO licenses in each state

      Cons

      Underwriting turn times were terrible. Took 2 weeks to get conditional loan approvals.

      Pros

      The team smiles daily in processing because they get free lunch often .

      Cons

      Not able to keep borrowers waiting around while their work load is so high . Do not let processors run the show .
