      There is nothing good about working for these people. Unprofessional and bias toward old employees.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment. If you have concerns the only thing you will here from the "Manager" is I've been doing this for 16 years... You will here that at least 3 times a day the whole time you work there. you make minimum wage which if you get a loan, you have to pay back... total scam and these people are dumb.

      Pros

      The team smiles daily in processing because they get free lunch often .

      Cons

      Not able to keep borrowers waiting around while their work load is so high . Do not let processors run the show .
