      Ability to work remotely with flex scheduling. Extensive training offered to prepare you for upcoming projects. On hands leadership with an open door policy. Company is loyal to all employees and will maintain employment for each to the best of their ability.

      Cons

      Possibility of customer contract ending without additional project opportunities to maintain working thus causing possible layoff/furlough.

      Pros

      Very laid back environment. As long as you got your work done, no one micromanaged you. Easy to get in touch with management if needed. Very straight forward job description

      Cons

      Contractor work meant that when the project was done, you were let go.

      not good raises, as a contractor, we work with other companies that impact our scheduling, ENG needs to fight more for the standards that was promised to us.
