      Pros

      Being able to work from home is a definite plus. The equipment and training are provided and I've rarely had any problem with requests or assistance. Teamwork is top notch. Overall, it's been a pleasurable experience and am glad that I came into this position.

      Cons

      Probably the main con is the contracted issue, although they bust their behinds in keeping you on in between. Perhaps the pay and benefits could be better, but that usually increases as your proficiency and seniority increase

      Pros

      Very laid back environment. As long as you got your work done, no one micromanaged you. Easy to get in touch with management if needed. Very straight forward job description

      Cons

      Contractor work meant that when the project was done, you were let go.

      not good raises, as a contractor, we work with other companies that impact our scheduling, ENG needs to fight more for the standards that was promised to us.
