      Amazing people to work with, the leaders are great, there are opportunities for growth, English classes provided by the company, unlimited PTO, flexible time, payment on time. First job that I can really have work life balance in my entire career.

      No defined career path; promotions/levels are fuzzy If you do a good job, your reward is… more work. Organizationally messy—priorities shift and processes are thin HR leans on celebrations/culture to cover structural gaps Pretty basic salaries. LATAM-level compensation not aligned with revenue from US clients “Make your own path” ethos can lead to burnout if unmanaged
