Pros
Big company so the job security is pretty good. There are a ton of different departments and groups so if you want to move to a different department but stay in the same company that's a possibility.
Cons
It's a big company so there can be levels on politics to deal with for sure. There are a lot of different departments and sometimes it feels like you are stuck in silos. Annual raises and pretty minimal (last year was about 2%) across the board. Pay at least in my situation is a bit below market value.
