      Good location, luxurious space and facility. 2/3 are Japanese so there is plenty of chance to practice Japanese.

      Cons

      - There is no career path for Vietnamese employee. - There is no well-defined, fair evaluation system. Only a few favorite gets good review every year. - Withheld crucial information about company restructuring at the time of interview. - Vietnamese employees do not have a say in anything and their opinions are ignored.
