Daily working hours are 9.5 hours with no proper work-life balance. There is no clear vision or proper project management Tasks are assigned suddenly, and employees are expected to complete them the same day, often requiring them to stay late until the work is finished. The company has limited projects and poor planning. Employees can be terminated at any time, even on the same day, without any notice period or prior communication. Do not trust all Glassdoor reviews, as many of them appear to be posted or influenced by HR to improve the company’s image. Employees have to repeatedly request and justify leaves, and leave approvals are very difficult to get.
