One of the best pros of the company is that you will never feel your job is secure and management can put on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) without any reason and if you ask why they did they will stop replying. Company can fire you without any reason.

Join the company at your own risk they can kick you out anytime without any reason. You have to face many things like politics, toxic working environment, unfrofessional people , late salary, salary deductions. If you are out of the comapny it will took more then a year to get your FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT amount and sometimes they ask you to pay to the company that this much amount you have to pay to the company if you are resigning from the company.

I searched a lot but could not find a single one

A lot of cons, first the owner Mr. Puneet Chadha is a very egoistic and demotivating person he changes the company policy within hours, fires employees with out any reason will make you work beyond working hours, put hell lot of pressure on you, there is no HR even in the NSP office no ethics in company. This man with play with your emotions and personal life all the time. My advice is, please do not ever join this firm, better remain unemployed.
